Shimla is the capital of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, in the Himalayan foothills. Once the summer capital of British India, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Kalka-Shimla Railway, completed in 1903. It’s also known for the handicraft shops that line The Mall, a pedestrian avenue, as well as the Lakkar Bazaar, a market specializing in wooden toys and crafts.

Itinerary

Welcome to beautifully planned city - Chandigarh, set at the foothills of the majestic Himalayas.      Drive to Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Overnight stay.

Shimla is a charming Hill Station. Today enjoy visit to a small scenic village Kufri famous for its go kart track, the highest in the world. The Kufri adventure park offers one of the finest Hill Adventure Sports experience. Visit Kufri Zoo - which has about 180 species of birds and extremely rare mammals to offer. In the afternoon, return back to Shimla. Evening stroll at Mall road - most of Shimlas landmarks are located here like Christ Church and Scandal Point at the end. Enjoy on the mall road. Overnight stay at Shimla.

Drive from Shimla to Manali. The long journey offers absolutely breathtaking view of mountains, valleys along the Beas & Sutlej riversides. Enroute visit Vaishnomata Mandir & Shawl Factory. Overnight stay at Manali.

Today one can enjoy a days tour to Snow point / Rohtang Road, a memorable experience (optional). One has to start early in the morning at 3.30 - 40 clock to avoid Traffic jam while proceeding to Rohtang. One can enjoy snow activities like Amateur skiing, yak rides, snow scootters and snow mobiles and of course throwing snow balls at one another. We can visit worlds longest tunnel Atal Tunnel (subject to Operation), built under the Rohtang Pass in the eastern Pir Panjal range of the Himalayas at an altitude of 10,040 feet. Overnight stay at Manali.

Today visit Solang Valley, famous for various adventure sports like ATV rides, paragliding etc. Also visit Nehru Kund a natural spring of cold water, Vashishth Hot Water Spring  & famous Hidimba Devi Temple. Overnight stay at Manali.

Early morning drive to Chandigarh. On arrival visit Pinjore Garden, a beautiful Mughal - style Garden designed in the 17th century, was spread across seven levels. Overnight stay at Chandigarh.

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed for Chandigarh sightseeing. Visit Rock Garden - a sculpture garden for rock enthusiasts, Zakir Hussain Rose Garden - Asias largest rose garden spread over 30 acres and Sukhna Lake - One of the most beautiful man-made lakes in India (As per time availability). After sightseeing drop at Airport / Railway station.    Vacation comes to an end with good memories that will last forever.
